Classic Piña Colada

Ingredients
2/3 cup coconut water or pineapple juice or rum
2/3 cup (160 ml) full-fat coconut milk (canned)
1 1/2 cups (248 g) frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 lime, peeled (optional, for brightness)
1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
Directions
- Add ingredients in order listed into your blender container.
- Blend on high for 15-20 seconds or until smooth.

Notes
- Creamier: Freeze the coconut milk overnight in ice cube trays.
- To make ahead: Blend all ingredients except ice, refrigerate, then add ice and re-blend when ready to serve.
