Ingredients
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
6 oz (180 ml) tequila
2 oz (60 ml) triple sec
1 whole grapefruit, peeled
1 whole lime, peeled
1 whole lemon, peeled and seeded
6 cups (1260 g) ice
1 teaspoon simple syrup (optional)
- Non – Alcoholic Version
1 whole grapefruit, peeled
1 whole lemon, peeled
2 whole limes, peeled
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) simple syrup
2 cups (420 g) ice
Directions
- Add the liquid ingredients to a high-performance blender.
- Add the peeled fruits.
- Top with ice.
- Blend on high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth and slushy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a sweeter drink, adjust the amount of simple syrup to taste.
