Ingredients
11 oz (330 ml) coconut water
1 thumb-sized knob ginger, peeled
2 full ribs celery (4 halves)
1 lemon, peeled (drink garnish size)
1 cup (30 g) spinach
1 cup (165 g) pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
4 ice cubes
Directions
- Add all ingredients into blender container
- Blend on high for 60 seconds
- Pour into glass
- Feel your back pain dissolve

Notes
- This whole food celery juice can be made in any blender, but you’ll get juice-bar flavors and textures in one of our blenders.
- Time-Saving Tip: Prep celery in advance by washing a whole stalk, chopping the ribs in half, and storing them in foil in the refrigerator. This makes tomorrow’s juice preparation much quicker
- Substitutions:
Plain water can be used instead of coconut water
1 tsp (2.8 g) ground ginger can replace fresh ginger
Any leafy green can substitute for spinach - The juice may separate after a few minutes. Simply stir to recombine.
- For a creamier smoothie texture, add a frozen banana or a handful of frozen mango.
- Storage: Best enjoyed immediately after blending. If needed, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. The juice will naturally separate – shake or stir well before drinking. Not recommended for freezing.

I gotta say. This Vitamix celery juice really slaps. You know, you get into a rhythm of making the same green juice every day. so by the name of the recipe – placebo – this really won’t help with back pain, just makes you think it does?? Was really hoping to find a good anti-inflammation drink
