Ingredients
1 cup (240 ml) milk of choice
1 cup (100 g) raw rhubarb
1 cup (155 g) frozen blueberries
2 whole dates, pitted
ยผ cup (22 g) rolled oats

1 cup (210 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the container in the order listed above.
