This reicipe is amazing. I tried while on vacay in another type of high speed blender and it did not work. In vitamix, it’s easy peasy and so worth it and i previously disliked hazelnuts but no longer (with chocolate lol)

    Hi,
Thank you for all your recipes and tips. I got my Vitamix 750 in October and use it every day. I have already made many of your recipes. I am considering this nutella spread as Christmas gifts. What do you advise for timing? Once made–and stored in the fridge–when should it be eaten? Could I make some now and freeze it, then gift it closer to Christmas? Thank you very much. Michele

Hi there, this โ€œNutellaโ€ spread should be good for at least a week in the fridge. Freezing it should stop the clock if you want to make it in advance ๐Ÿ‘
