I really want to make this but all I have is some soft tofu. I used all of my extra firm tofu. I have made this in the past with the extra and it is very good!! I’m just curious if it will work with the soft tofu.
Soft tofu works because it’s all blended up anyway!
Just made this recipe! We added in a teaspoon of dill as well and half a teaspoon more of soy sauce and it came out so yummy!! Highly recommend.
Dill is one of my favorites, I’ll have to try that next time!
Great dip! Hits all the right places in the palette and brain. Very excited to add this to the arsenal!
Yes! That may be the best recipe compliment we’ve ever received!
Heading out on a 5 Family camping trip complete with: vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, soy-free & dairy free campers…. (not all at the same time ?. Super excited to have a recipe that address all of the dietary restrictions of our group and no one is left out. I made a batch with dairy sour cream and a vegan batch… I actually like the vegan on better… ?
Thank you for the awesome recipe.Dips are essential on camping trips, right? So glad you made it and love it and shared it with others. If you like amazing dips, try this one next: Artichoke dip
Hi! I’ve made this once, but I was curious what kind of tofu you used (silken or regular and soft/firm/extra firm)? I used regular extra firm tofu and just pressed some of the liquid out with my hands before blending. Turned out great!
Hi ALex, we should definitely be more clear here. We used extra firm tofu and also pressed the liquid out. Great minds think alike! Will update the recipe, thanks ๐
