Ingredients
2 cups (480 ml) milk of choice
2 whole fresh peaches, pitted
2 whole dates, pitted
ยฝ teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
ยฝ teaspoon (1.3 g) ground cinnamon
ยฝ cup (40 g) rolled oats
1 whole banana, frozen and peeled
1ยฝ cups (325 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the blender container in the order listed.
- Blend on high speed for 45 seconds.
- Pour into large glasses.
Notes
- If peaches are not in season, use 2 cups (500 g) of frozen peaches and reduce the ice to ยฝ cup (108 g).
- Adjust sweetness by adding or reducing the number of dates.
- For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or use frozen peach slices.
