Ingredients
1/2 cup (120 ml) tahini
1/2 cup (120 ml) olive oil
1/4 cup (60 ml) Dijon mustard
1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
1-2 garlic cloves, peeled
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed.
- Blend on high speed for 60 seconds or until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional garlic, salt, or pepper if desired.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to one week.
