Ingredients
2 frozen bananas, peeled and halved
1 cup (217 g) coffee ice cubes
1-2 dates, pitted
Directions
- Freeze coffee in ice cube tray overnight.
- Add all ingredients to the blender container.
- Start blending at variable speed 1, gradually increasing to speed 10.
- Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Use the tamper to push ingredients from the corners into the blade.
- Scoop the ice cream into a serving dish.
- Serve immediately.
