1 cup (240 ml) milk of choice
2 Tablespoons (10 g) rolled oats
1 scoop (30 g) vanilla protein powder
1 whole frozen banana, peeled
1 Tablespoon (16 g) peanut butter
1 Tablespoon (7 g) ground flaxseed
1 cup (217 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high-performance blender in the order listed.
